Hallmarking

Norbert Zietek Jewellery is registered with the Birmingham Assay Office, ensuring that all of my jewellery complies fully with the UK’s hallmarking regulations.

In the UK, any jewellery weighing over 7.78 grams for sterling silver or over 1 gram for gold must legally carry a hallmark.

All pieces above this legal threshold are independently hallmarked by the Birmingham Assay Office. Each product description will clearly state whether an item has been hallmarked or needs Hallmarking.
