What is your jewellery made of?

All pieces are made using solid sterling silver (925). It’s a beautiful, durable material that ages gracefully with the right care.
Is everything handmade?

Yes! Every piece is made by hand, which means each one is a little unique. It’s part of the charm.
Will it tarnish?

Sterling silver naturally develops a patina over time, especially if left unworn. But don’t worry, it’s easy to polish back to a shine with a soft cloth. Wearing your jewellery often actually helps prevent tarnish. The jewellery boxes come with special anti-tarnish strips inside, so as long as you keep them in the boxes, they won't tarnish as quickly.
How do I take care of it?

A quick wipe with a silver polishing cloth now and then is all it usually needs. Keep your pieces dry and store them somewhere safe (like a pouch or box) when you’re not wearing them. When you order from me, I will include a complimentary polishing cloth with every piece of jewellery.
Can I wear it in the shower?

I recommend taking your jewellery off before showering, swimming, or applying lotions and perfumes. It'll stay looking its best for longer.

Orders & Shipping
How long will my order take?

Each order is either made or finished to order, so please allow a little time before dispatch. You’ll get a confirmation email as soon as it’s on the way.
Where do you ship?

Items are shipped across the UK. If you're outside the UK, there will be an additional charge depending on where you're located.
Do you offer tracked shipping?

Yes, all orders come with tracking. You’ll receive an email with details once your order ships.

Returns & Sizing
Can I return my jewellery?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn and in its original condition. Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Please see the 'Refund Policy'.
What if I order the wrong ring size?

If you're unsure about sizing, just drop a message before ordering. I'll try to get everything right from the start, as some rings may not be able to be resized. 
Do you do repairs?

If something breaks or needs a little love, send over some photos and I’ll see what can be done.
